Bill Stewart

Bill lives in Huntsville Ontario, Canada. He hit the stage with his father’s country band at the age of 14, not on guitar but on drums. Bill went on to become a professional guitar player, playing throughout Western Canada, starting off with the Buddy Knox Band
and moving on to country stages. Western Canada is where Bill got a lot of his stage experience. Bill moved back to Ontario after 11 years on the road, where he joined various bands and found himself playing at Canada’s premier resort, Deerhurst Inn, playing in a trio with Eileen (Shania) Twain, as well as playing 50’s and 60’s Rock and Roll and more. After leaving the show, Bill toured with Ronnie Hawkins on a European tour. Bill has attended Cambrian College and Humber College Music programs to further his skills as a guitar player. Bill plays guitar and also sings harmony with the band. He says he is finally home - he has found the music that has always shaped the way he plays.
